The Hijos de Alberto Gutiérrez winery has been awarded two Silver medals for its De Alberto Dorado and Finca Valdemoya Rosado wines
Year after year, the Hijos de Alberto Gutiérrez winery continues to be among the winners of the main international awards in the wine sector. On this occasion, two of its wines have been awarded at the recent edition of the Cinve awards held in Valladolid last May.
Among the more than 600 wines submitted to the contest from all over the world, DeAlberto Dorado and Finca Valdemoya Rosado 2013 wines have won two silver medals respectively.
The Bodega Hijos de Alberto Gutiérrez is one of the oldest Denomination of Origin Rueda with more than 350 years of tradition in its history. Year after year, the effort to optimize its resources and its adaptation to new consumer demands have allowed it to maintain its production rate and remain one of the most symbolic wineries in the region.
The jury for the CINVE awards is made up of 60 tasters with international prestige and reputation with extensive experience in national and international competitions led by Isabel Mijares and Pascual Herrera. They evaluated the samples submitted to the competition, among which were the two winning wines from the Valladolid town of Serrada.
