Bodegas De Alberto joins the celebration of Wine in Moderation Day, a global initiative that seeks to promote wine culture as part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. This day, celebrated every November 8, aims to raise awareness about the importance of moderate and responsible wine consumption.
The movement Wine in Moderation, promoted by the international wine industry, seeks to counteract trends that promote alcohol abstinence, highlighting the benefits of moderate wine consumption within a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Within the framework of the Wine in Moderation Day, Bodegas De Alberto wants to remind its consumers of the keys to responsible consumption:
Moderation:Enjoying wine in moderation means consciously choosing when to drink and when not to, while respecting others and the wine itself. Guidelines for low-risk moderate consumption are up to two units of alcohol per day for women (equivalent to 200 ml of wine with 12.5%). vol) and up to three units for men (equivalent to 300 ml of wine with 12.5% vol).
Awareness:It is important to be aware of the amount of alcohol we are consuming. To do this, it is useful to know the concept of "alcohol unit" which represents 10g of pure alcohol (100 ml of wine at 12.5% vol).
