De Alberto Ecológico Tempranillo 100% goes on the market to meet the growing demand nationally and internationally
Serrada (Valladolid), September 26, 2018. Bodegas De Alberto continues betting on organic wines with the latest release in this newly released autumn of its first organic red wine. De Alberto Ecológico Tempranillo 100%, under the PGI Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León, aims to meet the growing demand for organic wines, both in Spain and in various international markets.
Made with grapes from certified Organic Farming vineyards located in the Valladolid town of Serrada, the 100% Tempranillo Organic Alberto is “an elegant young red wine with character at the same time”, as described by Carmen San Martín Gutiérrez, Alberto’s granddaughter Gutiérrez and general director of Bodegas Hijos de Alberto Gutiérrez.
With a limited production of 18,000 bottles, Alberto Ecológico Tempranillo 100% has a cherry color with purple highlights. On the nose, it is intense, with aromas of red fruits and wild berries and, on the palate, it has a good tannic structure and perfect balance of acidity and freshness. It is a wine with personality and harmonic that reminds us again of the aromas of berries after tasting.
Alberto Ecológico Tempranillo 100% is the second organic wine made by Bodegas de Alberto, together with the Alberto Ecológico Verdejo 100%, already in its third vintage. Both are examples of the orientation and commitment of Bodegas De Alberto with sustainability, through modernization in the supply of food raw materials that favor the conservation of natural resources and the environment.
Bodegas De Alberto is part of the Integral Sustainability Decalogue for the Agrifood Industry developed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Food and Environment, for its commitment to the permanent improvement of the sustainability of its activity.
With a long trajectory in the market and characterized by the success in the combination of the most traditional and the most modern elaboration techniques, Bodegas De Alberto reaffirm, with this new market launch, the growing interest of the wine sector to continue advancing in measures of sustainability, as an indispensable way to increase quality and competitiveness.
