One more year Alimentaria is celebrated, one of the largest fairs of the agri-food industry in Spain that will open its doors in Valladolid until next Thursday May 7th. The fifteenth edition of Alimentaria Castilla y León, aimed at professionals in the sector, brings together 244 exhibitors, who present a catalog of 6,000 products, where you cannot miss wines, dairy products, meats, coffees, beers, canned fruits and a good menu of water.
The Hijos de Alberto Gutiérrez winery will be present in the coming days as an exhibitor. At the stand, visitors will be able to learn about the history of the winery, its wide range of products and a tasting of its best wines.
Within the framework of Alimentaria 2015, parallel activities have been programmed, such as the second edition of the National Gastronomy Contest, in which a total of eight teams of chefs, pastry chefs, maitres, sommeliers and bartenders from from Navarra, Cantabria, Catalonia, Madrid, the Canary Islands, Aragon, Extremadura and Castilla y León. The winner will represent Spain in the 2016 World Gastronomic Games.
